Nature of Our Service

Atlanta Group is a registered DSA (Direct Selling Agent) and channel partner — not a bank, NBFC, or direct lender. We help you compare and get matched with loan and private finance options across our network of partner banks, NBFCs, and private finance providers. Final loan approval, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender you proceed with, not by Atlanta Group.

No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an inquiry through Atlanta Group does not guarantee loan approval. Approval, interest rate, and loan amount are subject to the lending partner's own eligibility criteria and assessment.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an inquiry. Providing false information may affect your eligibility with our lending partners and could have legal consequences.​

Third-Party Lender Terms

Once matched with a lending partner, that lender's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and loan agreement will govern your relationship with them. Atlanta Group is not responsible for the lending partner's final decisions, terms, or conduct.

Limitation of Liability

Atlanta Group facilitates connections between you and lending partners but is not liable for any loss arising from a lending partner's decisions, delays, or terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
