AHMEDABAD

Loan guidance in Ahmedabad, from our Makarba office

Many of the people we help in Ahmedabad run small businesses, and many others are buying a flat or need personal funds. From our Makarba office we help you understand your options, including which government scheme may apply, before you apply.

Atlanta Group is not a lender. The bank or NBFC decides on approval, rate, fees and terms. Approval is never guaranteed.

Loan guidance in Ahmedabad

Atlanta Group helps Ahmedabad's small businesses, salaried professionals and families find the right loan and apply with everything in order. From Makarba, we look at your income or business figures, existing EMIs and credit report as a lender would, compare two to three suitable options from our associated banks, NBFCs and registered private finance providers, and stay with you until the money is paid out. You pay us nothing for this. Atlanta Group is not a lender; the bank or NBFC always makes the decision.

What people in Ahmedabad come to us for

Small manufacturers in the GIDC estates at Vatva, Naroda and Odhav, and units around Sanand and Changodar, ask about working capital, equipment and government-backed loans; our Business Loan page and Government Loan Schemes page explain both. Corporate staff along SG Highway ask about personal loans and better terms on loans they already have; see our Personal Loan page. Families buying a flat ask about home loans; our Home Loan page walks through it. And owners who already have a loan against property ask about moving it, as our customer below did.

Buying a flat in Ahmedabad

In Gujarat, the Building Use (BU) permission matters as much as the sale deed. Lenders generally will not release the final amount of a home loan without it, and a resale flat in an older building without BU can be hard to finance at all. Lenders also check that the building plan was approved by AUDA or AMC, and look at the 7/12 extract, the property card and the latest tax receipt; for a new project, check its GujRERA registration. If you pledge property, it is at risk if repayments are missed.

Private lenders in Ahmedabad

Under the Gujarat Money-Lenders Act, a money lender must be registered with the Registrar of Money-Lenders for its area, who keeps a register and can cancel a registration for misconduct. Ask any private lender for that registration and for every term in writing. Our Private Finance Loan page explains what to check and what private finance costs.

What our customers say

"Transferring an existing loan against property involved quite a bit of documentation. I was initially concerned about the process, but Atlanta Group helped me understand each step. My balance transfer was sanctioned successfully. I appreciate their professional approach and the attention they gave to my case."

— Junaid Mohammad, Ahmedabad

Can you help with a Mudra or PMEGP loan?

We can explain how these schemes work, whether your business may fit, and which documents to prepare. You apply directly through the official route, and no agent is needed; our Government Loan Schemes page sets out how.
