Buying a plot or flat around Hyderabad
For a plot, lenders look for a valid HMDA or DTCP layout permission number that matches the sanctioned plan, and a gram panchayat permission on its own is usually not enough. Plots in unapproved layouts may be regularised under the state's LRS scheme, but many lenders are cautious about them, so get the lender's written confirmation before you pay any advance. For a new project, check its registration on the Telangana RERA website. If you pledge property, it is at risk if repayments are missed.
Private finance and a low CIBIL score in Hyderabad
Many people search for private finance in Hyderabad after a low score or an old default has led to rejections.
