Loan guidance in Pune, from our Shivajinagar office

Whether you work in Hinjewadi, run a unit in Pimpri-Chinchwad or are buying your first flat, we help you compare loan options from our associated banks and NBFCs, check your profile free of charge, and apply with the right documents the first time.

Atlanta Group is not a lender. The bank or NBFC decides on approval, rate, fees and terms. Approval is never guaranteed.

Loan guidance in Pune

Atlanta Group helps people and businesses across the city choose the right loan, compare options from our associated banks, NBFCs and registered private finance providers, and apply with a complete file. We listen first, check your profile the way a lender would, identify two to three suitable options where available and stay with you until the money is paid out. We charge you nothing for this, before or after your loan. Atlanta Group is not a lender: the lender decides on every application, and approval is never guaranteed.

What people in Pune come to us for

Salaried people in Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta and Baner most often ask about personal loans, balance transfers and top-ups; our Personal Loan in Pune page covers what lenders look at here. Manufacturing, auto and engineering units in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Bhosari and Chakan ask about working capital and equipment; our Business Loan page explains both. Pune's many students and their families ask about funding studies; see Educational Loan. And first-time buyers ask about home loans; our Home Loan page sets out the process.

Buying a flat or a plot around Pune

For an under-construction flat, lenders check that the project is registered with MahaRERA, and you can check it yourself on the MahaRERA website before you book. For a plot on the edge of the city, lenders look for a 7/12 extract (satbara utara) showing non-agricultural use and the Collector's NA order, and many will not lend on land still recorded as agricultural. You can view the 7/12 on Mahabhulekh and registered deeds on the IGR Maharashtra portal. If you pledge property, it is at risk if repayments are missed.

Private lenders in Pune

Some people turn to a private lender, or savkar, after a bank says no. In Maharashtra a money lender needs a licence, and an NBFC needs RBI registration. Our Pune private finance page explains how to check either one before you borrow.

Choosing a loan agent or DSA in Pune

Pune has hundreds of listed loan agencies, so ask any agent three things: which lender your file will go to, whether the terms will come to you in writing from that lender, and whether you will pay them anything. With us the answers are simple: we name the lender, its Key Fact Statement comes to you directly, and you pay us nothing. Walk away from anyone who asks for a fee before approval or promises a loan with no checks.

How we work with you

Most people start with a call or a WhatsApp message on +91 84470 44297, or ask for a callback, which comes within an hour during working hours. Your relationship manager looks at your income, existing EMIs and credit report, tells you which documents to prepare, and compares your options with you. If you would rather meet, our Shivajinagar office sees visitors by appointment.

What our customers say

"Funding higher education was a major concern for our family. We had several questions about the loan process and documentation. Atlanta Group guided us patiently, and the education loan was sanctioned. We are extremely happy and grateful for the assistance we received during such an important time."

— Pooja Iyer, Pune

Can you help if I live outside Pune city?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us; much of our work is done by phone, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help with your case. Visits to our Shivajinagar office are by appointment.

Can I get a personal loan in Pune without a CIBIL check?

Registered lenders check your credit report, so treat any "no CIBIL check" offer as a warning sign. If your score is the problem, our Low CIBIL Loan page explains what lenders look at and which routes may still be open.
